Yummy Al pastor Quesadilla. My friend had also gotten the wings and fried rice which looked also pretty good. I am totally coming back!!

This was a great experience. You order at the counter and they bring your food out. Everyone was super polite and helpful. EVERYTHING we ate was good. I will be returning for the birria tacos and guacamole though! Also the music was a good level, loud enough to enjoy and low enough to talk over. We will all definitely be returning.

Update:It’s an end of an era. Skinny’s is no more (new owners).. wishing the original Skinny’s owners well in their next chapter and best of luck to the new owners.—————12/20/23:The original owners are back! :) We enjoy coming here whenever we can. The people here are the best! You can tell they care for their customers and the community. And the food is fast, fresh, and tasty! You can take the food to go but there is plenty of clean open space to sit down and eat if you’re not in a rush. This place is a neighborhood gem!

I’ve been coming here since they were serving out of a food truck, and it’s been incredible to see them grow into this new location. Even with the expansion, they’ve kept the same amazing quality, quick service, and welcoming atmosphere that made me fall in love with their food in the first place. The food is absolutely delicious—every bite is packed with authentic flavor. My go-to order is the asada torta, which is always perfectly seasoned, juicy, and served on fresh, soft bread. The service is super fast, and the restaurant is always spotless, making the dining experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with top-notch service and a great atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
